A leader doesn’t necessarily have to be a manager however, it is difficult to see how a manager can be truly effective without having prior leadership experience or even basic leadership skills.

Upon completion of our course, delegates will have a greater understanding of some of the important techniques and theories that can help them to improve their leadership skills to be more effective in their job role.
