Following some Fire Marshall training by Matt, we found him polite, friendly and very professional. He had an immense amount of knowledge and shared this with our team whilst engaging us in a friendly yet professional manner. His training material was up to date and he was flexible in his training approach. A very successful training session, the practical side of the session was enjoyable and he respected the staff who were unable to take part in this section of the training. Would definitely recommend him to other organisations.
