Working in the care environment, we have to do a lot of training as a lot of things need to be covered. Due to my ADHD I find it difficult to concentrate as I have a low attention span, and get bored very easily. I have never before completed a 2 day training course, as I have usually left by mid day because of boredom. Matt has managed to keep me engaged throughout which is a first, and I feel focused and empowered that I am a subject matter expert in the field of moving and handling. Very professional but also had a good laugh, I want him to work with us! 10/10
