Took part in Emergency First Aid at work course today. Matt was our trainer, he was incredibly knowledgeable! I really valued the fact that he didn't just teach us how to administer first aid, he gave a lot of background and explained really well why and how stuff happens to our bodies! One of the most informative courses I've ever done! Very engaging course with lots to take in. Would definitely book again and recommend!
