I have just finished a two day training course with Matt on the subject of train the Trainer. Right from the offset Matt made everyone feel comfortable and relaxed he had a good way of including us and getting us to be hands on, his sense of humour helped us to feel relaxed. Matt's teaching techniques are 2nd to none, he is an Oracle of knowledge. We did a micro teach and with his help we were all confident to deliver our subjects to teach.
