We had Matt visit and deliver two sessions of Conflict Management and Challenging Behaviour last week for our staff. The training was brilliant and very informative. Matt the trainer was professional, engaging and kept the training fun and enjoyable. The feedback from our staff was very positive, and we have had requests asking if we can book for Matt to deliver more training to us in the future, which is something we will definitely look into.
