We had Basic Life Support and Medication Train the Trainer courses with Matt and found him to be extremely professional and friendly. He put us at ease straight away and made the training interesting and informative. He is highly knowledgeable on all aspects of Care training and even offered help and advice on other areas of our service when they came up in conversation. Overall, we are extremely happy with the training we received and a lot more confident in how we will pass on that training to our carers. We will definitely be using Matt again for training in the future, highly recommended.
