Observation Skills Training

This session has been expertly designed for care staff operating in various settings to ensure they can accurately fulfil their legal duty to record and report any concerns.

Learners will be drawn to the various recording and reporting methods they could use while being made aware of the purpose of recording and reporting observations within the health and social care sector. Delegates will receive practical sessions to demonstrate their abilities to draft clear, legible, written records.
