Every day many people in the workplace are exposed to working alone in the workplace, or when visiting members of the public during the working day. In addition, working in isolation carries many risks without the support of colleagues which include accidents and violence.

Our course acts as an introduction to personal safety for lone workers and in particular relates to individuals that work alone within business premises, home workers and mobile workers.

Our course gives delegates a greater understanding of the legal responsibilities of both employers and employees, some of the common security precautions that can be implemented, physical steps that can be taken to avoid conflict in lone worker situations and other factors that contribute towards premium lone worker safety.

Certification

On successful completion of our course, you will be emailed a safety training quality assured certificate. This can be used to provide evidence for compliance and audit. This course is approved by Approved IIRSM.
